Our Approach

While each engagement by the Hoshin Group is uniquely designed based on client needs assessment and for specific desired measurable results, our approach is informed by a number of primary disciplines including change theory, positive psychology, contemporary neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy and adult learning theory.

Our professionals bring deep experience in coaching and business and are proficient with a variety of interview, facilitation and assessment tools ranging from values surveys and 360 degree feedback assessments to lean production modeling (e.g., organizational process mapping).  While the focus of coaching is on powerful questioning, we selectively incorporate appropriate tools into an engagement to help our clients to deepen their thinking and awareness, foster insights and forward their actions.

We also selectively partner with other, like minded coaching and consulting professionals to deliver outstanding results for clients, calling the right professionals to the right task to support each unique client and engagement.
