Leadership and Executive Coaching

Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius power and magic in it. -Goethe

About Us

At the Hoshin Group, we believe that our clients, be they individuals, executives or firms, have the capacity to define their own answers and that it is our job to create a structure that helps them to clarify their goals and achieve their potential.  Through uncovering thinking habits and results, we clarify desired outcomes and the behaviors or actions needed to achieve sustainable results. We customize each engagement to meet specific client needs and purposefully leverage our network of coaching and business professionals as subject matter experts to support client engagement outcomes.

We desire to work with clients who are ready and willing to create change in their lives; who are prepared to do the work and celebrate their successes.  From assessing the current reality to desiring the future state desired outcomes and the strategies to achieve those results, we create a framework and support structure for our clients that stretches them to achieve more, faster than they could on their own.  We hold the agenda for our clients, helping them to hold themselves accountable, identify blind spots, and to create meaningful, sustainable change.  Our clients can count on the Hoshin Group professionals to be present, honest, generous and direct.

The Hoshin Group, headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut, was founded by Cindy Cornell , who, after two decades of domestic and international business experience, finally decided that there was a better way and that she was determined to be part of that solution. In a former life, Cindy commuted from Connecticut to Tokyo, which explains both why she sees the need for balance across all areas of life and her affinity to our name, which has its roots in the Japanese language.
