The Hoshin Group

Leadership and Executive Coaching

Relationships are all there is. Everything in the universe only exists because it is in relationship to everything else. Nothing exists in isolation. We have to stop pretending we are individuals that can go it alone. -Margaret Wheatley

Group Training and Facilitation

While our individual corporate clients have achieved tremendous change on their own, the really successful clients know that they are only as strong as their teams.  Best results are achieved when organizational change is led and supported by the top of the house – the senior ranks of an organization.

Training topics are tailored to the specific needs of the business organization and are often not clearly uncovered until we perform an initial assessment which may be accomplished through meetings, relevant data accumulation, interviews or a combination thereof.

For training to be most effective, it is designed considering the varied needs of adult learners and with a focus on changing habits in a sustainable way. Too often, firms engage in training without considering the challenge of affecting a change to the established business systems – as a result, the ideas are never embraced by the organization. At the Hoshin Group, we define with our clients up front what success looks like in terms of specific, observable and measurable results, and speak about not only how to effect change but also to successfully embed the change and measure its impact on business results.

Our Hoshin Group professionals are skilled meeting facilitators, experienced in helping cross functional client teams to better collaborate and achieve their common goals.

We selectively speak on a pro-bono basis to organizations who support personal development and balance across their members’ whole lives. If you are interested in engaging a speaker for either a keynote address or to moderate a panel, please Contact Us and succinctly describe the event, objectives and requested timing.
